Fun Time Bounces is a local party rental business with over 150 inflatables, games, food concessions, photo booths, and other items in the inventory. We have been in the business since 1997, and we became one of the biggest inflatable rental companies in Wisconsin. We provide amazing inflatables to our clients, including great customer service and competitive prices.

As we continue to expand to new markets and grow our existing operations, Fun Time Bounces is interested in hiring an office manager to help us further expand our services, improve customer service and marketing activities.

The person MUST be organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and provide great customer service!

The position includes the following activities:
● Respond to customer inquiries using phone and email communication
● Prepare rental documentation using industry-tailored software (Inflatable Office)
● Communicate our services to potential customers using social media, including Facebook, Yelp, Messenger, Twitter, and YouTube
● Arrange and organize staffing needs for larger events
● Reconcile calendar and bookings (all contracts are signed, and the deposits are paid before the deliveries)
● Communicate to customers what to expect on the delivery day
● Research potential marketing areas/ niches, present findings and recommendations to the ownership
● Assist the ownership in preparing annual business reports
● If required – assist with equipment supervision.
Benefits:
● Basic salary: starting is $16.00 with a potential to reach $18.00 per/hr. The overtime hours are 1.5 times the basic salary.

Fun Time Bounces is looking for delivery drivers on Saturdays and/or Sundays during the summer season (the desired dates are May 20-September 20) with work available as late as October 15. Additional random workdays available – if desired.

Most deliveries are in Dane and Jefferson County, WI, but we service the surrounding counties too. Approximately 60 percent of the work time includes travel from one location to another with the remaining time spent setting up inflatables, taking down inflatables and maintaining them. The typical
delivery shift usually runs between 7am and 1pm. The pick-ups run between 4pm-9pm.

Fun Time Bounces provides:
-Paid safety inflatable operation training
-Minimum guaranteed Saturday wage of $150 for the delivery crew
-Competitive hourly wage starting at $15.00/hr. The hourly wage mainly depends on the ability to deliver inflatables in a timely manner, driving experience; record, and the customer service level
-The overtime hours are 1.5 times the basic salary
-A free bounce house rental for a family event
-Bonuses for great performances

The main responsibilities:
-Load and unload inflatables at the warehouse
-Deliver, set up and take down inflatables
-Clean/vacuum the inflatables after the use
-Provide great customer service during the set up and take down
-If required, supervise the inflatables

Working time:
-Desired time: June 1st – September 1 st .
-Weekly hours: average 40 hours per week (9 am till 5 pm, not including an hour’s lunch break).
