Loved the selection that was available. The kids loved the basketball hoop (may mention to guest to bring a couple balls. Glad my daughter did!). The hoop does have a couple of strings that could be trimmed at nest set up. The castle was in excellent shape, we’ll cared for! Great size for all ages. Thanks for the extra couple of hours. The bouncy house was wonderful my daugher loved it. i would defintley rent from you guys again it was a great expeirence. we loved the slide and the basketball rims that it came with. i thought it was a great addition to the combo bouncy house. i would be nicer if the hours were extended more due to the kids not being able to bounce every day they were very sad that they could not bounce anymore. but it was understandable and kids will be kids. the people that helped set up were AMAZING ! We rented the 7 element obstacle course for our son's first birthday and SO happy we did. It was perfect because we had kids ranging from 1 to 17 years old and they were all able to enjoy the bouncy house! The staff setting up and tearing down was friendly and prompt. I called the day before I needed the bounce house. They were able to send me a contract within an hour and set up the bounce house the following morning. They were quick with communication, set up the bounce house exactly where we asked them to (even though we weren’t there when they arrived), and arrived to clean it up quickly. They were amazing! Fun Time Bounces did an excellent job from start to finish for our event. Our selections were available and easily booked online. On event day, they arrived early , set up quickly and were ready to go right on time or before. The activities were quite busy all day and held up well to constant use. The two men who monitored the climbing wall did an excellent job with all ages wanting to climb. At the end of our event, they packed up and were on their way in short order. Their equipment was clean and nice quality. We will be back next year!

Thanks for being flexible with the dates. It was great that we could change it from Saturday to Sunday due to rain. We had a little bit of a problem with the online contract signing process, but everything else was hassle free. The staff is very knowledgeable and reassuring and returned our phone calls promptly. Website was user friendly and was able to get most of my questions answered they the site. I did misunderstand that even though I was using our own water hose for the water slide/bounce house we had to pay the extra $100 for it to used as a water slide and not dry slide. I was very impressed with the simplicity of the whole process of renting the bounce house. The crew was there promptly at the agreed time and setup went smoothly. Even though we had standing water in our yard from all the rain, the guys cleaned and wiped it completely during the take down so I would have no extra charge for wetness and cleanup. Overall a very positive experience. I have the booking a 4 because it generated multiple invoices. Probably something I did wrong but that did get a bit confusing and I got a bit nervous about if the reservation went through. Appreciate Migas help and communication. Not a big deal and it all worked out but I didn’t realize the schedule wouldn’t be set until the day of and since we rented the gym we almost had the wrong times. Again it all worked out. Reserving the 9-square game was very efficient and all of my questions were answered. The game was set up several hours ahead of time, so I didn't have to worry about them arriving on time. The game did deflate about a half hour into our picnic so we didn't really get to use it.

You get exactly what you sign up for. at the times you sign up for it (ignoring weather). Of the two times that I have rented - we actually got bonus time because they showed up a little early and picked up a little late. perfectly fine for the kids. Everything was absolutely perfect! My daughter had the best birthday party! We had to pull the kids away to eat a slice of pizza. This provided hours of active and healthy entertainment. I loved seeing the excitement and all the kids in their element. The bounce house gave the adults time to socialize while watching the kids have a blast. From time of booking the T-Rex slide to time of pick up costumer service was great They answered all questions and concerns we had and were very friendly. Overall the experience was great. The company communicated great before the event to let us know what time the bouncy house would be delivered. It was set up quickly. We had one small issue with the tarp covering up the blower and the house deflated. However customer service was extremely helpful and the issue was resolved in less than 10 minutes. The kids had a blast and were exhausted by the end of the day... Exactly what we were hoping for! The pick up crew did a great job... Efficient, friendly, and very professional. We would definitely rent again! Multiple people at the party asked where we got this from as well. It was a huge hit and exactly what the birthday girl was hoping for!

This was the second year we used FunPlay for our spring celebration event and you are just so easy and pleasant to work with. The booking process is easy and Miga was very responsive, including on the day of the event. They were very flexible with a rain plan, punctual, and quick with setup/take down (like <15min). We will definitely be repeat customers and will recommend to others.

We used it for the second year in a row and would recommend for anyone. It was a big hit with all the guests. The driver and helper showed up when they promised and were polite and courteous. Set up was quick and they came at the correct time to pick up. My wife and I and especially our daughter were very happy
